Booking
Q: How do I book?
A: Use the online calendar on the “Experiences” page.

Q: Can I book for today?
A: In season (April–October), yes—if there’s availability in the calendar. Off-season (until 31 March 2026), visits are available on request only for groups/agencies—please message us on WhatsApp.
Q: Opening hours?
A: Experiences run April–October. Off-season visits are available only on request.
Q: Is there a minimum number of participants?
A: Discovery and Signature : Signature 2 guests. Private: minimum 4 guests.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel?
A: Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp.
Q: Which languages do you offer?
A: Italian, English, French (others on request).
    

Experiences & Prices
Q: What’s the difference between “Discovey”, “Signature” and Private?
A:
• DISCOVERY: guided visit + an introductory tasting of our oils/seasonings.
• SIGNATURE: more time and deeper tasting guidance (tasting technique, guided comparison and pairings).
• PRIVATE: a fully private experience for your group only, with a personalized pace and maximum privacy. It includes selected artisan bread and a glass of Vermentino wine (or a non-alcoholic alternative). No other participants will join your group.
Q: How long does the experience last?
A: Discovery 45–60 min · Signature ~90 min · Private ~120 min.
Q: Prices?
A: Discovery €22 per person · Signature €55 per person · Private €125 per person (minimum 4 guests).
Q: Children / discounts?
A: Yes—please tell us the ages and number of children when booking.
Q: Are children allowed?
A: Yes, it’s family-friendly.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Small dogs on a leash outdoors; in the tasting room it depends on attendance.
Q: Can I take photos/videos?
A: Yes, for personal use (please be discreet during the tasting).
    

Getting Here & Logistics
Q: Where are you located?
A: Viale Europa 18, Dolianova (CA), about 20 minutes from Cagliari.
Q: Parking?
A: Yes—free parking in the museum courtyard. A coach/bus parking area is available in front of the entrance.
Q: Accessibility?
A: Most ground-floor areas are accessible. Contact us for specific needs.
Q: Transfers from Cagliari?
A: Available on request through our partners.
  

Tasting & Dietary Needs
Q: What will we taste?
A: A guided tasting of our oils and seasonings:
Olio del Tempio (extra virgin olive oil) · Limolio (lemon seasoning) · Rogo del Tempio (spicy seasoning).
Q: Gluten-free options / special diets?
A: Please note them at booking—we’ll do our best.
Q: Allergens?
A: Extra virgin olive oil is naturally gluten- and lactose-free. Any accompaniments may contain allergens—please tell us upon arrival.
 

Payments & Documents
Q: Do you issue an invoice?
A: Yes (send your details during booking or at the counter).
Q: Gift cards / vouchers?
A: Yes—digital or printed.

Olive Oil Purchases & Shipping
Q: Can I buy olive oil after the visit?
A: Of course.
Q: How can I pay?
A: Cash, cards, contactless (AMEX – VISA – MASTERCARD).
Q: Do you ship within Italy / abroad?
A: We ship throughout Italy and all EU countries; other destinations on request.
Q: Can you fill my own containers?
A: No, for hygiene and food safety regulations. We only use our sealed, compliant and properly labeled packaging.
Q: How should I store olive oil?
A: Away from light, heat and air. Ideally between 15 and 20 °C. Do not store it in the fridge.
   

Groups & Events (no school groups)
Q: Do you accept school groups?
A: No, at the moment we do not host school groups.
Q: Adult groups and private/corporate events?
A: Yes—private tastings, team building and dedicated evenings (on request, with a confirmation payment).
Q: Do you accommodate coach/bus groups?
A: Yes, a designated area for coaches up to 12 meters is available in front of the entrance.
