A: No: we also welcome solo visitors (limited spots).
Q: How long does the experience last?
A: Basic 45–60 minutes · Classic ~90 minutes.
Q: In which languages?
A: Italian, English, French (others on request).
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel?
A: Yes, free up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp.

Q: What’s the difference between “Basic” and “Classic”?
A: Basic = guided tour + EVO tasting. Classic = a broader, more in-depth guided tasting.
Q: Prices?
A: Basic €15 per person · Classic €53 per person.

Q: Are children allowed?
A: Absolutely—family-friendly experience.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Small dogs on a leash outdoors; tasting room access depends on attendance.

Oil Purchases & Shipping

Q: Can I buy oil after the visit?
A: Of course.
Q: How can I pay?
A: Cash, cards, contactless (AMEX – VISA – MASTERCARD).
Q: Do you ship to Italy/abroad?
A: Throughout Italy and all EU countries; other destinations on request.
Q: Do you refill personal containers?
A: No, due to hygiene regulations. Only our sealed, compliant packaging.
Q: How should I store the oil?
A: Away from light, heat, and air. Ideally 15–20 °C. Do not refrigerate.
Groups & Events (no school groups)
Q: Do you accept school groups?
A: Not at the moment.
Q: Adult groups and private/corporate events?
A: Yes: private tastings, team building, dedicated evenings (on request, with confirmation payment).
Q: Do you accommodate tourist buses?
A: Reserved bay for coaches up to 12 m right in front of the entrance.
